Wireframes – Based on your website storyboards, we then develop mock-ups of each page on your website to outline specific page elements, navigation, and site features to ensure it is user-friendly and optimized to convert traffic. 

Fully Customized 5+ Page Site – We focus on the content-rich pages of your site including your Home page, About, Services, Contact, and Portfolio. We can create additional pages for an added fee. 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – We look at your industry and your online competition and then we come up with a strategy together to accomplish your online goals. There are many factors that affect SEO including website quality, links, keywords, content quality, and technical factors. Professional web design takes all these into account. 

Custom Plugins – We offer a library of custom plug-ins with your WordPress website for extended features, functionality, and security. Some of our plug-ins include Google reviews, inquiry forms, and image sliders all readily customizable to fit your brand. 

Responsive Design – Responsive design is about designing pages that look great on all mobile devices and tablets. Our sites automatically adjust for different screen sizes, to ensure your site looks amazing in a mobile-first world. 

Custom Email Account/s – Use your website’s domain to create a custom email address, and host through Gmail for a seamless and professional email experience for you and your clients. 

Inquiry Forms – We have a custom inquiry form plug-in that we can also integrate into your CRM to start building your mailing list, capture leads, and convert traffic. 

Social Media Integration – Cross-promotion is integral for all brands, and we display your Instagram feed and other social media links on your website.

Content Guide – Based on your storyboard where we outline the content required for each of your websites, we send you forms to fill out your content in an interview-style format so you know exactly what information we need and where. 

Photography Direction – Brand photography is an integral piece to looking consistent and professional in order to capture the attention of potential clients. We require high-resolution, on-brand photos for your new website and work with Photographers on a direct referral basis to assist our clients with their photography needs. 

Website Training & Support – We provide website support and training to show you how to run your WP site like a pro. From editing content to photos and doing basic colour changes in your brand colours, we provide documentation, and videos to ensure you have all the information necessary to manage your site moving forward. We also offer managed website hosting and monthly services for those who would rather us take care of their site.
