FAQ
What kind of build are you giving me?
We work with the best of WordPress’s utilizing the new Block theme. Block themes have the best performance and user experience. Many providers will put you in low quality builders like Wix, Showit, or Squarespace. These are not suitable for serious businesses looking for marketing/SEO results or scalability.
Is my website custom?
We evaluate your competition and provide a roadmap for success for you. We provide design proofs before development begins. You see it and approve it first, then it gets built. We test your sites before and after launch, and provide detailed reports according to SEO industry standards.
What is a CRM?
Your CRM is a central hub to engage, manage and nurture your leads in one place. It integrates with your website and social channels and you can manage your conversations and customers, and engage them with SMS, email marketing and automations.
What CRM are you giving me and how much is it going to cost me per month as I grow my business?
Many CRMS charge a fortune for the best services, but are missing one or more features such as social integration, SMS, phones, mobile app, email, automations, they charge per user or per customer contact/have contact limits etc. Our CRM is a flat rate of $110 and Pro for $125. How are you going to optimize my website for local SEO?
What’s the minimum word count per page?
The minimum word count for a page that needs to rank is 500, but you will likely need more than that to be competitive as it’s based on your competitor’s strength.
Can you explain SEO site health to me?
Site health is a measure of the SEO “errors” or issues your site has. It is a measure of both performance, quality and content related factors known to significantly impact search results.
What are the local ranking factors for winning search?
There are over 200 known variables that are known to impact search engine rankings
We account for these using various tools that audit your website technical SEO (technical and performance factors), on-page (your website content and page signals) and off-page (what happens off your site like links from other sites and local listings, Google business, etc)
What reports are you giving me and by who?
They need to be using Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz – these are the industry standard for SEO professionals.
If they are using Screaming Frog that’s ok, and Bright Local as a scoring tool is limited, they have other great features but is better than nothing
Your site needs to be able to pass a Google PageSpeed Insights test
How are you going to track my performance?
Keyword rank tracking, competitor tracking, monthly SEO health audits, PageSpeed Insights
Can they pass the Google PageSpeed Insights test?
It’s free, it’s Google’s test of your site performance in: Core Web Vitals – a major ranking factor.
A professionally made and optimized site begins with passing this test. This is literally step 1, and the majority of sites you put in here will fail this test.
A top score that will contend well vs other competitors, is 90 or better in all categories.
A bad score would be 75 and under, that’s a high priority fix. A poor score would also be multiple categories scoring under 90.
